Weigh in Wednesday

After a wicked weekend of eating whatever I felt like, including chips, cookies, drinks, pizza, brownies, ice cream, it's a pretty obvious given that I'm up 2.6 lbs. I don't think I've eaten that much crap in a while. It was kind of awesome, but my body is hating me for it! I feel super bloated and puffy and even cranky.
I am happy to say we are back on track. I have an awesome group of ladies doing the 21 Day Fix starting yesterday, and I think this might be my best group yet! So excited to see everyone's results.
So, for the next 21 days, I'm going pretty hardcore 21 day fix mode. I've got plenty of awesome supporters which is wonderful. Wanna see what I had for dinner last night??
Meatballs and spaghetti with home made Cesar salad dressing and organic pasta sauce. It was yummy!!
We were very slack on our workouts over the past week. I was super tired from traving 3/6 days so it just didn't happen.
Yesterday, however, I did a great Cize workout with Harpen in the morning and then did T25 Cardio with Casey in the evening. Bam! We'll see how today goes after working!
