Weigh in Wednesday

Good morning everyone! It's time for another week of Weigh in Wednesday!

This week was week 2 of the 21 day fix for me. I feel like I failed miserably but it's really only at night that I get a bit crazy. My eating during the day is usually on point. Week 2 was like this for me last time too, because I went super hardcore and wore myself out in week one. Last time I got sick in week three so let's hope that doesn't happen! 

I got on the scale yesterday and I was up 1.2 pounds. I hadn't felt that yucky and bloated. My feet and hands felt swollen, though I don't know where I got all the salt. Anyway. I'm not super happy about that but it's shark week and that's how it sometimes goes. 

I've got a plan for this week and I'm hoping the hormones calm down and I can make some more headway. I'd like to get to 165 or under before we go to Univeral on the first weekend of October.

As for my workouts I've been doing quite well. I've been mixing it up a bit, doing Cize and Turbofire and T25. 

That's pretty much all I have to report this week!

  1. Crappy weigh-ins are no fun, especially shark week weigh-ins. You are going to rock your plan!

  2. Maybe it's hidden salt. What have you been eating that's pre-packaged?

  3. Lets be in this goal together to be under 165! I think it is pretty doable, for me, if I put my mind to it! Good job with your workouts, I have added my blog in the link up (although a bit late)

  4. That salad looks yummy! Sometimes bloating just happens. Hormones suck. Just keep doing the good stuff - it's worth it, no matter what the scale says.
