Weigh-in Wednesday!

This week has just been okay. We missed a couple days of T25 due to my night shift coma, but I tried to make up for it a bit with adding a run to my Ab Intervals day. Actually, I ran from our house to the beach and back, and I didn't stop until I got to 1 mile. Which I've never done before. I ran it in 10 mins, which I've also never done before. However, it was all down hill, so yeah. I did run almost the entire way home too, which is great. 
I'm sort of getting tired of the T25 Alpha cycle. I think it's the reason that it's taking us so long to get through the last 2 weeks. I really dislike Total Body Circuit, and it's every other day in the last week. It's almost over though, so that's good! Onwards to Beta, which I'm sure won't be easy! 

This week I was up 0.2 lbs. I wasn't really expecting a loss, so I'm okay with that. 

Cute new leggings make Total Body Circuit bearable...Right??
This weekend we have friends coming to visit, so we're likely to be on our worst behaviour. Yikes.
