Weigh in Wednesday
Good morning everyone! It's Weigh in Wednesday again! I don't seem to have much time for blogging other than this, but hey, it's summer! Grab a button and link up with Cassi and I!
This week I'm trying to stabilize from being in Halifax for the weekend. We ate some amazing food and walked what seems like a thousand miles while we were there, but no amount of walking would make up for things like this. That's right folks. I ate that. By myself. #noregrets It's a chocolate brownie pie, in case you were wondering. So obviously, my food choices over the weekend were somewhat reminiscent of that. However, I didn't eat much for fried food. We did eat at McDonalds once, on the drive home. I think it's the first time I've been there this year, so obviously not a place that we frequent. Since we live on a deserted island and all. I'm working on a post about the rest of our trip. I promise to post it soon. As for workouts, we've been moving right along with T25, and we're currently just past the middle of week 3, even after missing a couple days while on our trip. I am finding that they're not quite so hard, even though they're still challenging. I am just getting better I think. Which is great. Last night, Casey went to Pickle Ball (no idea, sorry) and I did one of the Cize workouts. I had a blast! I wore my hair down, because everyone says it's more fun if you can whip your hair around, and it was literally dripping in sweat by the end. This week's Transformation Tuesday is from one year ago to now. I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed in my progress. I am only about 5 lbs lighter than I was a year ago. Which is not where I want to bed. I'm always working on it, but still, I was hoping to be a bit farther along. However, I know I'm a lot more fit than I was back then, and it's obvious that I've lost fat and gained muscle. Anyhow. I guess I'll just have to work on my food intake even more! I know nutrition is where I am lacking.
This week I lost 0.4 pounds which is seriously a miracle, because of the weekend, but I guess eating well otherwise, and working out paid off.
The plan for the next week is to continue on with T25 and eating mostly according to the 21 Day Fix.
