Ok, so I'm feeling a little bit frustrated after a full week of my workouts being on point, and my nutrition being *okay*. After we got home from Boston, Casey decided we should start working out together. So we started doing T25 last Wednesday, so tonights workout will make 7 days! I'm frustrated because I seem to keep gaining weight. I was 170 when I came back from Boston, and went down to 168 a couple days later. Had some dulse (basically seaweed for those of you who don't know) and it's super salty, twice, and went back up to 170 and stayed there until yesterday. Yesterday my nutrition was darn near perfect. I got a LOT of water in. It was leg day in T25, and I also did the first day of Cize. It's so fun! Anyway, I am going to push through this week and be consistent. I know I'll see results once I am consistent. I know one perfect day won't make up for 6 mediocre ones. It's just frustrating. I'll get there. I checked out my measurements last night too, and then realized measuring at night is a BAD plan. It wasn't actually that bad, with only an inch or half an inch here or there up from a month ago.
Today I'm sitting at 169 lbs, which is a slight improvement. Here's to a good week! Just a heads up, I'm leading a Cize challenge group VERY soon! If you want in, please let me know! It's going to be SO fun!
