Sugar Hangover? {Weigh in Wednesday}

Hello everyone! I'm finally able to sit down and write out what I had in my head for today's post! It's been a totally insane week. Last Monday I started another round of the 21 Day Fix, and I did awesome up until Saturday. This always happens to me. Life gets in the way, and I lose my will to be good and stay on track. I think my biggest setback is my mindset, where I honestly convince myself that I've already had one cheat, I might as well eat anything and everything for the rest of the day. I'll start over tomorrow. This is a completely toxic mindset, because it leads to failing every single day. I did ok on Sunday, and again on Monday. Yesterday was awful. I got little sleep, and then had to work a 12 hour day, which led to a migraine, which led to me binging on ALL of the sugar I could find. I wish someone would tackle me when I do that. It'd be a good wake up call.

Weigh-in Wednesday!

I didn't weigh in this morning, as yesterday was awful, and also, I woke up to the heat pump guys at my door. I wasn't weighing myself after breakfast. Not happening.

I seriously think that I've got a sugar hangover. Maybe a carb hangover. Or both.  For real. I've eaten on plan today, but I feel tired, shaky, and just gross. I napped when Harper did today, which I don't often do. I knew I would feel like this, so I made a plan to get through it without going nuts and binging again.

Here's my plan:

-Drink LOTS of water.
-Take a nap if necessary.
-Plan something yummy and healthy for dinner, so I have a delicious meal to look forward to.
-Go to bed early.

Sound like a good plan?

Have you ever had a sugar hangover? What did you do?
