Weigh in Wednesday - Hollow Leg.

I'm late posting today. I have been working 12 hour days today and yesterday and I didn't have it in me yesterday to write a blog post. So this will be short and sweet.

This week I lost 0.6 pounds. I am still having stomach issues. And on too of that I feel like a bottomless pit. Like my stomach is growling even after I eat a big supper. It's rather annoying. I can't seem to get my eating under control! 

I've been doing my workouts pretty faithfully. I'm scared I might have tweeked my knee on Monday but it seems okay now. I will see in the morning. I ran 5K the other day and ran over 5 mins twice which is a long run for me. I usually go 3 and feel like dying but I felt good so I kept going.

Luna was happy to go running.

We're going to visit friends over the weekend so I'm not sure what I'll be doing but maybe a run or walk. I'm excited to go and visit. 

That's it for me, I'm off to bed! I'm exhausted!

  1. Yay for a loss!! Are you drinking enough water? I can't get over what a difference water makes in my hunger! Either way, hope it corrects itself soon because I know that feeling you're talking about and it's sooo frustrating!

    1. Yes, I get anywhere from 80-100 ounces of water a day. It's very frustrating. Feels like I haven't eaten in hours!

  2. Woohoo, nice! :) I am often hungry too. I think it is just the way it is for me, as I also drink TONS of water.

    1. I'm glad I'm now alone. I think it's better today, thankfully!
