I need to be doing a weekly fitness post to keep me accountable. I'm doing my workouts and I'm documenting them. I'm likely driving my Facebook/IG followers bananas but if you don't like if, go ahead and unfollow ;-)
Friday I switched my Turbofire schedule up a bit and went for a 3 mile run. I ran longer periods than I have in a long time. I felt really good.
That's it for this week! Next week will be less, were travelling to visit friends this weekend and won't be back until Monday. Have a great weekend!
