Fitness Friday

I need to be doing a weekly fitness post to keep me accountable. I'm doing my workouts and I'm documenting them. I'm likely driving my Facebook/IG followers bananas but if you don't like if, go ahead and unfollow ;-)




Friday I switched my Turbofire schedule up a bit and went for a 3 mile run. I ran longer periods than I have in a long time. I felt really good. 

Saturday I did low HIIT 20 and abs 10 since I missed abs for my run. Casey did the low HIIT with me but BoD kept freezing on me (darn you internet!). It got done anyway. 


Fire 40 and stretch 10 before Easter dinner. 


What a ridiculous picture of me but I had to show how crazy I was sweating just doing fire starter! 


This was my low HIIT 20 again. I got up at a decent time and did it before Harper woke up. Look at me go! If only I could stop shoving food down my pie hole. 


So that's my week in fitness. I did take Tuesday and Wednesday off, after working 2 12 hour days, which were busy and rather draining. My sinus' were acting like crazy things the first of this week but I was able to workout through it, just not breath at work. 

That's it for this week! Next week will be less, were travelling to visit friends this weekend and won't be back until Monday. Have a great weekend!
