Weigh in Wednesday

Good morning everyone!

I'm very excited to be writing this post, because I have some pretty exciting news! I get to work with the lovely ladies, Heather and Erin every week to co-host, Weigh in Wednesday! I'm far more excited than I probably should be, and I keep wanting to tell everyone I talk to about it. I love that my co-workers can get excited for me, even though none of them know what a blog linkup is. So, thank you ladies for picking me to co-host!

Also, wanted to thank Erin at Love, Fun & Football for designing the lovely button for our linkup! I love it! Thank you so much!

Weigh In Wednesday

I thought I'd introduce myself briefly for anyone who hasn't visited my blog before. I'm Winter, I'm 26 years old, and a momma to a sweet 2 year old girl, Harper. Married to Casey for almost 5 years, and currently building my dream home. I'm a part time RN and part time Beachbody Coach. I'm a proud Canadian, nerd, and outgoing introvert.

I've struggled with my weight since I went to university. I yo-yoed and hated my body for several years. I'm working on feeding myself right and moving my body, and in turn, loving my body and myself. I've lost almost 50 pounds since having Harper, with a little way to go.

So that's me in a nutshell, thanks for visiting!

This weeks weigh in went well. I lost 0.6 lbs which I'm pretty happy with. I worked Monday night so my body is a little 'what did you do to me?!' but I didn't go crazy and eat everything I saw, so that was a plus. I wasn't super strict this week, which for me is always a good thing.

I did walk away from treats I wanted a couple times, because I didn't need them. Mostly Mini Eggs. Those are my favourite. This year I've managed to eat only 2 of the single serve bags over the past month. I remember when I was up in the city waiting to have Harper, I'm pretty sure I ate one of those huge 25$ bags of them, by myself. Progress. Haha.

As for exercise, I've got full intensions of beginning AND completing a round of Turbo Fire. I'm still hacking up a lung, but now it's mostly just at night, so I'm gonna try it today when Harper goes down for her nap and see how it goes. If not, I'll wait until my challenge group starts on April 1st.

Height: 5'3"
Last Weight: 161.2 lbs
Current Weight: 160.6 lbs

Total Loss: 49.4 lbs

How was your week? Did you meet your goals?
