21 Day Fix Week 3 {&WIW}

Hello everyone! One last post before I'm off on vacation! I'm making it a good one!

My last week on the 21 Day Fix wasn't the greatest. I won't lie. We got the stomach bug in our house, and none of us felt very well most of the week. I did my best, and did end up working out a few times, but had almost no appetite, so theres that.

Here are my results for week 3:

Chest: -1.5 in
R Arm: -0.5 in
L Arm: -0.5 in
Waist: -1.5 in
Hips: -2 in
R Thigh: -0.5 in
L Thigh: -1 in
Starting Weight: 165.4 lbs.
Ending Weight: 157 lbs
TOTAL LOSS: 8.4 pounds & 7.5 inches. 

Not too shabby!! I'm really happy with that, especially because I wasn't feeling well in the last week, and ate quite a lot of toast and was literally too weak to workout. 

I'm very much looking forward to see how well my challengers do in the last days of their challenge! I have seen some amazing results from them so far, and am SO proud of them! It has reminded me why it's so great to be a Beachbody coach in the first place! 

I don't think I'm brave enough to post my before and after photos on my blog just yet. We shall see next round!!
