Rocktober Goals Recap & November Goals {&Weight in Wednesday}

Hello everyone! Sorry it's been dead in here since last Wednesday, but I have had a stressful and busy week and I just didn't have the time to get anything done except for the absolute essentials (shower, food, work, Harper, sleep a bit).

Since my horrid trip to pick up my mom on Tuesday, it hasn't gotten much better. Harper has hand foot and mouth! URGH!!! She's totally and completely miserable. She cries most of the time she's awake. Plus the time change is NEVER good on toddlers. So yeah, it's been fun HFMD but I'm ready for you to dry up and leave. Now.

Anyway, I've done pretty decently with working out. I only missed one day of my P90, and I went for a speed walk with Luna. That was on Halloween night. Every other day I've done my workouts faithfully, and skipped my actual rest day to get one more in for the week. Plus I've been out to hockey 3 times this week. Woot!

Speaking of Halloween, did anyone else eat so much junk food they thought they might die? That was me. Though, I put what I could into MyFitnessPal and it didn't add up to nearly as much as I thought. I guess I'm just not used to eating like that anymore, so it doesn't feel nice when I do.

So, on to my Rocktober Goals recap.

1. Lose 3 pounds. Check!! I lost 5.2 pounds! Woot! Not sure how that happened, but I'm not mad!

2. Continue my streak on MFP. Check! 284 days and counting! .

3. Continue to get 30 minutes of exercise every single day.  I'm giving myself this one. I did purposeful exercise the night that the car broke down, it just wasn't my norm. I chased Harper around like a mad woman. It counts.

4. Sink my teeth into P90!  Check! I am currently into month 2 of the program. I'll post about that soon, I promise.

5. Get my eating in order. Nope. I binged like 3 times at night and on Halloween.

6. Get 80 oz of water a day. Nope. I didn't get enough the day we broke down. I tried.
Hey! 4/6 isn't that bad! I'm getting better at this!

My goals for November will be:

1. Lose 3 more pounds.

I'd be in the 150s!

2. Continue to track on MFP.

3. Get my exercise in 30 mins a day.

4. Drink 80 oz of water a day.

5. Work on my hockey skills. Read, learn, do! Mostly, stop icing the puck.

On to Weigh in Wednesday!

Weigh In Wednesday
Height: 5'3"
Last Week: 163.4
This Week: 163.4
Change: 0 Pounds
Total Loss: 46.6 Pounds

I'm so frigging thankful I maintained this week. There's no shame in STS. I am just glad that my Halloween fiasco didn't totally ruin me. I realize that one bad day isn't going to break me, just the same as one good day isn't going to make me healthy. I just find that now that I'm getting down to the last 20 or so pounds, every single day counts. This whole week I've been stressed out and my stomach always gives me problems when I'm stressed.

This coming week, Casey and I are going to Moncton for the night. For no particular reason other than Lobster fishing starts soon and I won't get to see Casey until mid December (except for when he drags himself home and crawls into bed at night, at which point I'm usually asleep already). So, we're going to go stay at a hotel, have dinner, watch a movie and shop. Or at least I'm going to shop. Haha. I know we're going to go out for supper and I imagine we'll go to Goji's frozen yogurt place too, because duh. It's delicious. Other than that, I don't usually go to crazy on movie popcorn, because my tummy hates me afterwards.

The week after that I'm hoping to go away to the big Christmas flea market in Saint John for the day. I'm excited. It's always fun!

So I'm hoping to not totally screw up my progress on these next two weekends. I'd like to even lose a bit too.

How was your week? Did you meet your goals for October?
