Weigh in Wednesday

Good morning everyone! It seems to be that time of week again. Wednesday keeps coming around in the blink of an eye. Funny how that happens.

This week I have struggled with sweets. This always seems to happen before shark week. Wonderful, isn't it?

Aside from sweets though, my eating has been pretty decent. I'm keeping up my streak on MyFitnessPal, and I'm continuing to exercise regularly.

In other news, I have decided to sign up to become a Beachbody coach! I was on the fence about it for a while, but I figured why not give it a try! I'm excited to see where it leads me. More about that soon, I promise.

The other day I was looking online for a bathing suit, because I don't currently have one that fits. I have a tankini that I loved but I bought that at 195 pounds, so yeah. Not really fitting. I had myself looking at bikinis, particularly these bottoms, because when you're on a cruise when you know no one, who cares, right?! (Disclaimer: I realize I don't look like the model in the photo. That's not likely what she even looks like). Oh lord, I have some serious doubts about my bravery when it comes to walking around in a bikini haha! Any suggestions on good bathing suits would be MUCH appreciated!

So, it's time for Weigh in Wednesday with Heather, Ash, and Erin!

Weigh In Wednesday
This week I lost 2.6 pounds! I'm very happy with this number, as last week was a gain due to overeating during Thanksgiving. I have been working out like a fiend so I'm glad it has paid off this week. It's easy to get discouraged if you don't lose, even though you work out a ton, but it's so true that you can't out exercise a bad diet. It always catches up to me in the end!
Height: 5'3"
Last Week: 166.2
This Week: 163.6
Change: -2.6 Pounds
Total Loss: 46.4 Pounds

I'm hoping for a small loss or to at least stay the same next week. I often have a hard time after a loss of more than 2 pounds. Here's hoping that I can keep on going in the right direction! I would really like to see a total loss of 50 pounds by my birthday, which is December 10. Not a bad goal, right?

How was your week? Did you meet your weight loss goals? Feel free to contact me if you want to ask any questions!

  1. Way to go! My best bathing suit advice is buy a takinin so that you can mix and match sizes. My top and bottom are never the same!

  8. You are doing amazing Winter. Good for you. :)

VS has the BEST bathing suits. Personally, I love shopping at their outlet (if you're going to Orlando, they have one) and I've scored some AMAZING deals there.

PS, you can TOTALLY rock a bikini!

  9. Awesome loss. Bathing suit shopping is the worst. But so much better when you have to do it because you are too small for your current suits.
