Weigh In Wednesday

This week hasn't been horrible food-wise. Thankfully! We did have Casey's birthday cake/cupcakes lying around the house, but I only ended up eating those at the parties themselves. Not just while home alone.

We also had cake and ice cream at my sisters birthday party, but I didn't go overboard at all. Otherwise, Saturday was my worst day, since we travelled to my grandmothers for her birthday/family reunion. I didn't have a ton to eat, but I did have some junk food. I've been logging everything into MyFitnessPal though!

I've been quite active all week, I've gotten over 10 000 steps daily easily. Usually by 2 PM!

I've also been true to my challenge for this month, and really sucking back the water.

So, after all that, how is my weigh in?

I lost 0.2 lbs! 

Which makes me super happy, because that's what I gained last week. Plus its now TOM, so a loss then is great!

I've been working quite a lot the last couple weeks, and on a rather irregular schedule. I am craving a ton of sugar lately, I'm sure it's due to the higher intake (birthday parties) and TOM. Hopefully I can kick it soon, because this:

  4. Great job girl!! I think I'm getting a little lazy in my diet--no cheating, just eating the same foods, so I'm getting lazy about tracking them in MFP. I broke my streak of 100something days, bc I forgot to track one day--ugh! I need to get better!!

    1. Oh no!! I would cry if I lost my streak! I am actually kind of stressing about what happens when I go on vacation next winter and don't have the internet! lol

  5. Good job on your nutrition! I am cutting back on beer and eating tons of fruits and veggies. For some reason, I am into eating eggs for my protein. I don't think its too bad and I don't eat that many. I'm always trying to find ways to clean up my eating and lose a pound or two (or not gain a pound or two).   6. I need to get better at the eating aspect - it frustrates me and I know it is causing some negative affects on my weight. Keep up the good work and keep inspiring every week :)
