Weigh In Wednesday

This has been a really weird week, weight wise anyway. I usually get on the scale every day, so I can start my day with a boost. Either a boost of 'Yay! You're lighter than you were yesterday!' or 'Okay, get it together, you got this!' I know that getting on the scale every day isn't for everyone, but I am totally mentally prepared every day to remember that the scale isn't going to show you a loss every day... So I don't get down on myself.

Basically every day this week, the scale showed me the same exact number. Which I find weird. Usually I fluctuate some...

But then I realized, it's TOM and I'm feeling somewhat off.

So that explained it for me.

I was happy to find that my Fitbit showed up on thursday, after I got home from work. I was kinda sad, because wednesday and thursday were extremely busy for me, and I didn't have it on! The rest of the week was just normal. Oh well, I am sure there will  be more busy days!

It's really neat to have it on all day, and see how much I'm actually doing. I've always been concerned about putting my 'Activity level' up to active from sedentary. It adds around 400 calories to my daily amount allowed. I know that I'm not super active every day of life. I feel safer saying that I'm sedentary and eating that amount of calories, and if I am more active, then great, that's more pounds lost for me. The Fitbit gives me an even better idea of what I'm burning on a normal day.

The other day, I was really really hungry. I couldn't figure out why I felt so hungry. Well, I looked and I'd taken 11 000 steps that day, and only eaten like 1000 calories. Apparently, that's not enough!

So, on to the weigh in.

This week I'm down a pound, back to where I was when I before I gained last week. I was a little sad at this, because I worked pretty hard to be good and lose what I gained plus more, but like I said, it is TOM and I'll take the one pound loss!
