Weigh in Wednesday

Another quick Weigh in Wednesday post, linking up with Heather, Ash, and Erin for today!

This week I'm down 0.4 lbs which I'm pretty happy with, since the day before yesterday I was up that much. I've been on my days off, so I haven't been drinking nearly enough water. I even had a rather unhealthy day on saturday, where I had Artichoke and Parmasean dip and other fast foodish items.

When we went away on saturday, I had a very short nap (like 10 minutes) and woke up with a sore throat and a weird cough. It's progressed since then to a pretty nasty cough and a runny nose. All the coughing is making me tired.

Yesterday I really felt crappy, but I did my best to keep it together. I had a really busy morning with Harper, taking her to the doc and her shots, and I tried to nap when she did, to no avail. In the evening I took the dogs for a walk on the beach to try and make myself feel better. I guess it didn't really do much. So, I'm just going to medicate myself and press on.

On Monday I did get a run in, which I haven't done in a week. I'm going to be challenging myself this month to get running regularly. I'll be posting about that tomorrow.

I hope every one had a good week weight-wise. Can't wait to read what everyone else has been up to.

  8. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!! Great loss :) To me I look at weight loss so differently. Each week we lose anything means we are making progress, and making permanent lifestyle changes. Great job on getting in exercise as well.

    1. Thank you! I love seeing the scale drop, no matter if it's just a big. Either way, it's progress to me!
