40 Bags in 40 Days {Days 21-30}

I've had a few of my friends tell me that they've been inspired to purge their junk after seeing my blog posts about the #40bagsin40days challenge. I'm really glad they're doing it, because I know how good it feels to get rid of all the extra that we don't ever need or use! Just to remind everyone though, this was not my idea, it came from the White House, Black Shutters blog, if you want to go over there and check it out!

This is an extension of day 20's bag. What started out as a giant garbage bag full of clothes, turned into this grocery bag that's not even full! I imagine I'll go through this in a year and get rid of even more, but I figured this was a great leap for now!

This was bag two of garbage junk from the sunroom. There will be more!

This contains all the random things that were floating around Harper's room, the spare room, and the sunroom that we've grown out of. Diaper warmer, wrap carriers, extra pieces to the pack and play. Those kinds of things. Now they're all in one place, safely stored.

I couldn't even close this closet door before. It was full of my pregnancy pillow, random blankets, and this luggage that we use fairly frequently. Now it's good and clean/organized!

This day I only had time for something small, so I did the basket of hats, mittens, and scarves. I kept what I'll use and threw what I didn't want into the donate bag.

Harpers stuff always gets scattered to the wind. I got all of it in one place and made sure it was what fits.

I had a lot more stuff around the sink, but I cleared it out since I don't really use them all the time. Looks much better now!

This is always a messy cupboard. I never know what's in there. I want to get those gravity feed bins that you use for cans but I can't justify the price of them on the island. Maybe I'll find cheaper ones on the mainland somewhere!

I don't know how, but we always seem to be accumulating things that belong next door at my in laws house. This is what I've found so far.

This was in a bag in one of our random cupboards. It was a mess and had some things that needed to be tossed. Now it's more accessible and nicely organized!

    1. Thanks :) It is a lot of work! I got a little delayed this week because I worked some extra long shifts and couldn't even force myself to move any more! I made up for it though!
