Beef Goulash

My step mother is a wonderful cook. Every once in a while, I need to call her and ask her cooking/baking questions. I also like to steal her recipes. This goulash one is one of them. It's always a hit, everyone loves it, including Harper, which is fantastic!

Ingredients
1 Bag Medium Egg Noodles
6 Slices of Cooked Bacon (Crumbled/Cut Up)
1 1/2 lbs Burger
2 Cans of Tomato Soup
2 Can Consume Broth
1/2 Cup of Water
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 Tbsp Sugar
Grated cheese for the top

-Heat oven to 350.
-Cook the egg noodles according to the directions.
-Fry burger. Sometimes I add an onion.
-Mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
-Mix all ingredients into a large casserole dish and add cheese to the top. Cook in the oven until the sauce bubbles and cheese melts.
-Enjoy!
