The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie - Take 1

Since I'm mostly bored out of my mind, I am going to do a test, looking for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Today, I'm doing this one:



So, after finishing these cookies, they turned out pretty good. I think they could have used more chocolate chips.

Lets face it, everything could use more chocolate chips.

The dough was spectacular.

Then again, what dough isn't?

They weren't chewy at all, really. Not in my opinion.

Texture was fine.

I am giving them an overall rating of 3/5 stars. Not a bad recipe at all, but not the best one I've ever had.
