Macaroni Salad

I realize that summer is gone, and the time for BBQs has past. But, I was asked to make this for supper at my in-laws tonight, so heres the recipe! It's super yummy (and super easy, my husband can even do it!).



Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
-4 Cups Pasta (elbow, spiral, penne, etc.), Cooked.
-1 Medium Onion, Chopped.
-1 Green Pepper, Chopped.
-1 Yellow Pepper, Chopped.
-4 Eggs, Hard Boiled, Chopped.
-1 Cup Mayonaise.
-2/3 Cup Sugar.
-1/4 Cup White Vinegar.
-2 1/2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard.
-1 Tsp. Salt.

-Cook pasta until done, drain, put in large bowl.
-Hard boil eggs, shell, and chop.
-Prep veggies while pasta/eggs are cooking.
-Combine veggies, pasta, and eggs in large bowl.
-In a smaller bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Blend.
-Add sauce mixture to pasta/veggie mixture.
-Chill for at least 2-3 hours.
-Serve & enjoy!
