Chocolate Garnish Sauce

I think this sauce makes an excellent garnish to any cupcake! Sprinkles stick to it very well, just pour them before the chocolate hardens. Makes any cupcake look fantastic!! Doesn't taste too bad either :)

Chocolate Garnish Sauce

Ingredients
2/3 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
4 Tbsp Icing Sugar
2-3 Tbsp Water

-In a sauce pan, heat the chocolate chips over a LOW heat. Stir until melted.
-Add heavy cream, mix until combined.
-Add icing sugar, mix until smooth.
-Add water until sauce is a pouring consistency.
-Pour over any frosting, enjoy!

**I pour this into a liquid measuring cup and pour it on that way. It also works to use a spoon.**
