Twenty Six

Hello all! It's that day again...Weigh in Wednesday!

This day is special for me, because it's my birthday!

I have been working towards my weight loss goals for over a year now. I really wanted my 25th year to be a good one. I think, for the most part, it was!

One year ago, I weighed in at 194.4 pounds. Not my highest weight ever. I was on the road to success, for a couple of months by then. I had been faithfully linking up for Weigh in Wednesday for a while by then too.

I have been so busy and tired lately that I haven't had much chance to do much but work, eat, sleep, and spend time with my little family.

It's hard to believe how far I've come in one year. If someone sent me a card back in time, telling me about much I've done towards my goals, I would say that it was crazy and wouldn't believe it.

I'm proud of my accomplishments and I'm looking forward to what's to come in the next year.

This year I weighed in on my birthday at 163.4 pounds. The same as last week. I've been stuck at this plateau for a while but honestly, when I look back over the last year, I can't help but be happy anyway. I've lost 30 pounds exactly since my last birthday. How awesome is that?!

Height: 5'3"
Last Week: 163.4
This Week: 163.4
Change: -+0 Pounds
Total Loss: 46.6 Pounds

Don't forget to linkup with Heather, Ash, and Erin for many more great bloggers on their journey!
